Developed marketing plans to sell internationally resulting in 3000% return on investment. Bid and purchased at auction a 2500 acre tract of land. Coached CEO to sell a portion of minerals on the property to recover total investment the first year and continued to sell minerals on the property to improve the property. Hired construction company to clear land put in roads and build lakes on the property. Managed all levels of multiple projects including budgeting, administration, and prospecting. Maintained relationships with political establishment and Realtor community. Made sale presentation to prospective customers. Coached CEO through the sale of property resulting in 7900% profit.
